Interests:

High-temperature superconductivity; Fu-Kane topological superconductivity; Low-dimensional quantum materials; Topological edge states; Ferroelectricity

Sample Preparation:

Precise growth of high-quality samples by using Molecular Beam Epitaxy (MBE).

Detection Methods:

  1. Low-temperature Scanning Tunneling Microscopy (STM) and Scanning Tunneling Spectroscopy (STS).

  2. The combination of MBE growth and in-situ Transport measurements.

  3. Low-temperature Scanning Microwave Impedance Microscopy (s-MIM).
